Procedure (40-50 minutes)
Introduce yourself and the activity toy. Throw the toy to one of the students and ask a question. Ask them to throw it to each other one after another by introducing themselves.
1. Chest the flash-cards and elicit vocabulary. Swap pictures and ask them to repeat the words. 2. Stick the flash-cards on the WB in two colomns except the photo of the retired man. Do this in accordance with the indefinite article they take. Stick the words in a mixed way. Ask students to come to the WB and stick each paper of words next to the right pictures.
1.Ask the students the difference between two columns. Stick "A" on the top of one column and "an" on the other. 2. Page 24, Ex: 2. (a-an). Let them listen check the answers. 3. Listening and repeating activity: Page 24, Ex: 3. Page 25, Ex: 2. Page 25, Ex: 1.
1. Removing the toy, give exemplary sentences using different subject pronouns. 2. Briefly remind contractions by a few exemplary sentences. Ask them to do Ex: 1-2 on page 25. Check the answers on the WB.
After listening and repeating the questions, use Bob to ask one of the students about his/her job. After giving the answer, ask him/her to throw Bob to a friend and ask about job.
Divide the students into two groups. Draw a chart on the WB. Ask one person from each group to come and pick a paper from the box and mime it for his/her group to guess. The teacher asks "What's my job?" The group has to guess it in a minute to score.
