To provide fluency speaking practice in a conversation in the context of present continuous.
Subsidiary Aims

To provide clarification and practice of daily activities in the context of present continuous/What are you doing now?
Procedure (45-7 minutes)
1. Review the 15 self-introduction questions and answers (Pick a question from the box). 2. Continue with the new five questions and answers. 3. Introduce yourself to the class.
1. Look at the pictures, try to guess what is happening? 2. Listen to the audio. 3. Listen again, then number the pictures. 4. Share your answers with me.
1. The students will tell me the sentences they heard. 2. I will write the sentences on the board and teach meaning, form, and pronunciation. 3. The students listen to the audio again and write the sentences on their worksheet. 4. The students read the sentences to me.
1. In pairs, students will take turns to pick a picture from the box. 2. Each student picks a question then they start asking each other questions.
At the end of the class, I will provide the students with detailed feedback on their fluency and the mistakes they need to avoid.
