Procedure (45-55 minutes)
1- I will present pictures of people eating pizza, going to the cinema , and watching tv. 2- I will ask ss about the pictures 3- I will ask ss to read the phrases on ex1 to discuss about what to do if they go out, never do and why. 4- I will get ss into breakout rooms to discuss. 5- when they get out, I will ask about their partners. 6- what does your friend like to go? never to go? why?
1- I will introduce the new vocab to make ss elicit the meaning banned, ingredient, applaud, unwind, tone deaf, a craze
ex 2 1- I will ask ss to read the first paragraph of the article. 2- I will ask ss to mention three activities in exercise 1 from the paragraph they read. 3- I will write the answers : go for a pizza, go dancing, go to a Karaoke bar 4- Ex. 2b. I will ask ss to associate the phrases with the three activities. 5- I will get ss into breakout rooms to discuss their answers. 6-when they get out, I will provide them with answers to discuss.
ex 3 1- I will present the three pictures of the article to introduce the context . 2- I will ask ss to read the sentences they should complete before reading.. 3- I will ask ss to read the rest of the article to complete the sentences. 4- I will get ss into breakout rooms to discuss their answers 5- when ss get out, I will provide them with answers to discuss.
