Procedure (42-52 minutes)
Warmer/Lead-in (3-5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students
I'll show them a video about families. I'll tell them about my family I'll ask them about their family.
Exposure (10-12 minutes) • To provide a model of production expected in coming tasks through reading/listening
SS will read one letter and they will answer questions FB SS will read the second letter, and they will answer questions.
Useful Language (8-10 minutes) • To highlight and clarify useful language for coming productive tasks
Activity of the book Complete decription of the family
Productive Task(s) (18-20 minutes) • To provide an opportunity to practice target productive skills
SS will make a letter describing the members of their family.
