Procedure (46-60 minutes)
Warm up (3-5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students
Sing a song about food
1st cycle - writing and speaking. (20-25 minutes) • To prepare students for the text and make it accessible
Pre - task: Ask the students what food do they like. While - Task: Teach the students through some examples some foods. Post - task: Review with the students like and don't like.
2nd cycle - speaking. (20-25 minutes) • To practice the grammar of the lesson and the new lexical items learned today.
Pre - task: the students are going to say the name of some foods they like and some foods they don't like. While task: The students will play a game in tpower point presentation about the food Post task: The students will repeat the names of the food to improve their pronunciation.
Cooler (3-5 minutes) • To finish the lesson
Assign the students some homework and make sure they don't have any doubts about the topic of the class.
