Procedure (22-22 minutes)
Warmer/Lead-in (2-3 minutes) • To set lesson context and to get students interested.
Teacher posts 3 pictures on WB(one man, one woman,and a couple)Teacher explains they are teacher's friends.Teacher elicits form sts what they can see.
Reading (2-3 minutes) • To give sts practice in scan reading.
Teacher shows sts the text HO. Asks sts to read and match the paragraphs to the correct picture.WCFB to check the answers.
Reading (5-6 minutes) • To give students practice in reading for detail.
Sts read the text again and answer true/false questions.Sts check answers in pairs.WCFB to check answers together.
