T will introduce the I have a .................... phrase by giving 2 real examples, followed by I don´t have a ................... phrase by giving 2 real examples too. (e.g I HAVE A CAMERA/I DON´T HAVE A PRINTER) Then DRILL the phrase by letting the sts say what they have and don´t have.
T will divide the class into 3 groups and using the sts own tecnologies like mobile phone they will use it to drill the phrases (I have a .................../ I don´t have a............).
T will give the LISTENING TASK 1 activity and tell the sts to put a check or tick the words they heard from the track, then through this activity T will ask the question "Do you have a ....." question once again but this time, T will focuse on the YES, I HAVE/NO, I DON´T format.
T will give a pair work activity by answering the "Technology and You Survey part 1" after checking and drilling the sts answers, T will play the listening activity task 2 and tell sts to only listen the track carefully. When the activity finished T will then ask "what did you hear from the conversation?" (ans. woman/man), from sts answers T will now introduce the HAVE TENSE in the 3rd person form.
T will divide the class into 2/3 smaller groups. Allow the sts to form their own sentences using the HAVE verb in its 3rd person form, then as a summary give the groups each of the Technology and You Survey part 2, let sts discuss and answer it. Then T will do some error checking. END.
