Main Aims

To provide the students with a chance to get their hands come across the paper writing a pargraph about (solitude and extroverts) that is why they will be able to master the skill of writing very properly.
Subsidiary Aims
-
To provide the student with some pieces of information related to the topic by giving them a sheet containing some paragraphs related to the main topic for the sake of practice reading and specifying some features regarding the writing
Procedure (45-55 minutes)
introduction:I am going to enter the classroom greeting the students then making sure they are perfectly fine .I will be conducting some minutes for the sake of praising them as they did the previous project very well. warmer: for the warmer , I will be listing some elements on the board like(meeting a friend-losing something-getting money.............). They would be asked to launch their energy. If one of these things happened to you today,raise your hand and smile .if not, lower your hand and give a grimace lead in :I will ask them to be divided into 3 groups and I will ask give each student a picture that he /she can use to describe his friend friend’s personality and there is a name after each picture .the opposite student will speculate to know who has his descriptive picture. will ask if they know what kinds of people’s personality? Do they think it is good to deal with extrovert? Instructions: Think for a minute about an extrovert one who inspired you a lot. icq so, Are you going to work in pairs or groups?groups how much time do you have? 5 minutes
at this time the students will be having this sheet above which is helighted with some features .I give them this to read it for 8 minutes with me to get some information and recognizing the structure for the sake of writing later. icq Are you going to read this alone or with me? with the teacher is this read for getting information, structure or both? both is this read for writing activity or speaking activity? writing how much time do we have ? 8 minutes
in this part ,the features of the sample should be highlighted here as the following: -the main topic is solitude and its effect on the introverts and also the extroverts as you see in the highlighted sentence -solitude means to prefer to be alone -the supporting details as you can see in the second highlighted part -the features of the introverts and the extroverts in the third and forth highlighted part -concluding sentence by saying that the world can learn from the introverts - for the language ,we can see -the present simple usage is clear in the paragraph as the ones in the red colour as there are facts -using some adjectives before nouns (important institution-deep bais-contemplative environment as a teacher should explain this word) -showing the complex structure of some statements like(in the competitive world we live -the work place innovation and productivity suffer when extroverts are valued more than introverts-.........................) -showing some connectors like(while when,according to -furthermore-ultimately......)and the function of each one - concentrating on the usage of comma as a punctuation mark. -some adverb like( nearly-regularly............)
for this procedure,i will be facilitating the matter for the students by creating some sentences on the board trying to use adjectives and adverbs eg. the introverts like to be alone because they like the deep kind of thinking or they are nearly unsociable. the same would be for the some sentences - i will ask them for helping me to conflate some sentences on the board - After that ,i will let them practice their writing about the introverts -the writing should include a description of the introverts-the type of life they follow closed or sociable(open)-what would you do if you had a one of them-your opinion and recommendation to modify their personality) -they will do this in 15 minutes icq Are you going to write a persuasive essay or descriptive followed by your opinion? descriptive -how much time do you have? 15 minutes
According the feedback ,i will collect the writing sheets then hanging them on the board without names and i will let the students correct one another anonymously
