To understand how we can write a formal email and reproduce a new one based on the sample.

Procedure (18-25 minutes)
-Teacher knocks at the door and says 'mail' then walk into the class with the postman's clothes and distributes the envelopes to the Ss.
-Teacher asks students 'what am I doing?' and 'Do people still do this?', Teacher elicits till Ss mention 'Email'.(1min) -Teacher asks Mohadese to open her envelope and read the instruction.(2min) Instruction: describe two advantages of using Email in your group. ICQs :Are you going to write about disadvantages? No. Are you going to do it alone? No. -Students talk about the advantages that they have written and they choose the golden ones. (1min)
-Teacher unblocks the blocking words through MECDIBLE. (sincerely, confirm) (1min) -Teacher asks one student to read the information box. -Teacher asks Roghaye to open her envelope and read the instruction. Instruction: read the Email and answer to this question 'Is this Email formal or informal?' (2min) ICQs : Are you going to read the email or information box? Email.
