By the end of the lesson, Ss will be able to have the opportunity to develop their fluency by doing a speaking practice in a conversation in the context of food and everyday objects

By the end of the lesson, Ss will have the opportunity for specific information listening practice using a text about shopping in the context of everyday objects like glasses, mugs, flowers and pictures.
Procedure (28-46 minutes)
Teacher draws a stickman on the board and introduces him as John. She says that he's 15 years old and he's from England. Ss are going to read a text about him.
Teacher asks students to read the text and answer the CCQ questions based on the text. Students check the answers in pairs Teacher monitors.
Teacher tells the students to open the second half of the handout and choose the correct options based on the reading and CCQ questions. Students check in pairs. Then teacher gives W/C F/B if necessary
Teacher tells students to unfold the whole paper and complete the blanks according to information and example sentences they learned above. Students check in pairs. Teacher monitors. Teacher gives the answer key and wants them to check. If there is a problem W/C F/B is given
Teacher gives the handout and tells the students to match the pictures with their names. Students check in pairs. Teacher monitors. If there is any problematic word teacher helps the learners to elicit meaning with CCQs.
Teacher gives the handout and wants them to focus on the ticks near the words. She wants them to work in pairs and to produce sentences about Josie using some/any/ a lot of. She plays the recording for checking. If there is a problem W/C F/B is given.
Teacher gives the handout and tells them to complete the sentences with the correct grammar point. Students check in pairs. If there are any problems W/C F/B is given.
Teacher shows the handout and explains that they are going to listen and tick the correct part. Teacher asks them to check in pairs. Then teacher gives the answer key.
In this stage, the teacher prepares some questions about the students beforehand. S/he prepares 1 question for each student. The teacher tells all the students that they are going to play Hawaiian skirt. She checks whether they know it or not. She gives each student one question and one blank paper. She wants the students to write down the questions on the blank paper. She tells them to stand up and ask the questions each other. She encourages them to use the target language and to ask more questions. Teacher monitors and helps if necessary

If students have problems with the target language, teacher focuses on it by demonstrating or asking CCQs. If students do not have problems, teacher skips the teaching part and focuses on pronunciation.
