Main Aims

Students will be able to recognize and analyze the figures and elements in literary texts.
Subsidiary Aims

They will be able to use Personification in their own stories.
Procedure (49-65 minutes)
-Asking students if the like flying or if they know who made planes
-Asking Them to give me a summary of the story in chains( a person starts and someone else would continue from the middle, it is continued until it is ended.) - Playing a Card game to check weather they have read the vocabulary or understood them or not - Drawing their attention to specific parts of the text (marker sentences and paragraphs) -Asking some question to awaken their background knowledge and make them think about the figures
-Showing some simple examples and asking CCQs to guide students to the terms -Doing a few exercises to clarify them
Making Ss to refer back to the the same paragraphs in the text and analyze them in groups by the terms they've learned
-Asking Ss to write a short or a paragraph story in groups of two and trying to use the terms -Asking Ss to stick their papers on the wall have a gallery walk and comment on each others work
