Introducing the difficult words in the reading task: 1- I am practising ( Martial arts), display a picture to highlight that it includes all fight sports. Model and drill. 2- (gardening) ; ( context) and (PP) my father has a small garden. He likes to take care of it and organize it from time to time. This action we call it gardening. 3- (Meditate), display a picture on the PP and ask them to guess the meaning.

1-Ask Ss to read the first paragraph to guess what is ( unusual) about the Okinwan people, what is the secret behind it? 2- Debate the answers with Ss and ask the rest of the class if they agree or not? why? 3- Ex 2b match the heading with the paragraphs. 4- Ask Ss to answer the first one only then demonstrate the answers. For example: a) why we choose the title healthy diet? b) Does the paragraph have anything about food or vegetables. The same goes for the second sentence. 5- Answer the rest individually. Ex ( 4) the speaking 1- Demo the first sentence with the students. Model then drill (how often do you do exercise? 2- T s interaction pattern in modeling the first three questions. 3- Do some open pairs as a demonstration.
