Procedure (32-43 minutes)
1. T will greet ss 2. T will ask ss what do they do on their free time 3. T will ask ss is they rather stay home or go out 4. T will show four images and ask ss if they do any of those activities
1. T will share a google forms that include the reading *Ss will read and answer the two questions *T will say that each person will have six statements each *three minutes *Individual *Don't send the document ICQs: *Are you going to send the document? A: No *How many statements for each person? A: six *How much time do you have? A: four minutes 2. T will send Ss to BOR *Ss will have two minutes to compare answers 3. OCFB: *T will show the correct answers and ask ss to compare their answers *Were your answers similar?

MEANING T will present the answers of the highlighting stage through google slides *T do a small explanation: Going to / Planning to - refer to intentions Would rather / Would like to - refer to wishes * 'Going to' refers to something that is going to be done in the future: I'm going to walk for more than half an hour today CCQs: When will this action take place? Today * 'Planning to' refers to something that is planned to be done I'm planning to buy a more comfortable sofa when I have enough money CCQs: Is his intention to buy a new sofa? A: Yes When is he planning to buy it? A: when he has enough money * 'Would Iike to' refers to wanting/desiring to do something I'd like to spend more time in bed than I normally do CCQs: does he wants to increase his time in he bed? FORM *T will use the same examples for each expression (each part will be colored) *T will ask Ss for together as a group what represents each color of the sentence and will write the structure as they respond *T will elicit the use of 'to' after 'would like to, planning to, going to' (infinitive with to) *T will elicit the omision of to with 'would rather' (verb in the base form) 3. Pronunciation: *T will model the pronunciation of the expressions and ask Ss to identify the stress (verbs) *Drilling of the expressions *T will model the pronunciation of the sentences *When do I raise my voice?
