Procedure (38-53 minutes)
Warmer/Lead-in (3-5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students
Discuss the question in ex 1 - drag it out
Pre-Reading/Listening (3-10 minutes) • To prepare students for the text and make it accessible
Have her go through the text and underline any words she does not understand then clarify MFP
While-Reading/Listening #1 (10-12 minutes) • To provide students with less challenging gist and specific information reading/listening tasks
