Procedure (34-48 minutes)
1. Play Hangman, target word: interview 2. Direct SS to the photo at the top and ask them to discuss the questions in pairs.

What language does the text use for giving tips? Underline them. Are they good tips? Score them from 1 to 10.
1. T-led explanation-Say that we can give advice and make suggestions in many ways and put up modal aux., imperatives and it+adj+to V1 on Wb. Ask SS to put samples from the text on the board. 2. Put up "advice", "strong advice", "necessary", "not necessary", "not allowed" on WB and ask SS to match the meanings with the modals. WC feedback.
