Procedure (34-46 minutes)
-T writes on the board WHAT IS TYPICALLY BRITISH? -T elicit ideas from Ss (black taxis, tea time, red busses, left sided traffic)
-T delicit the meaning of verb phrases and time expressions -T models and drills the pronunciations of phrases
-T delivers survey HO -Ss look at the survey and try to predict the percentages -T plays the audio interview Ss -Ss listen ands check -T provides FB
-T Delivers Matching exercise on p.146 -Ss match the verbs with words -Ss check their answers in pairs -T provides Fb
-T asks students to write five positive and five negative sentences about theirselves -Students check each others sentences. -T provides FB.
