Procedure (32-47 minutes)
INSTRUCTIONS: Read the email from an HR manager to three of her staff Why is she writing to her staff? Discuss with your partners. BOR / 3min T gives instructions and sends Ss to BOR. T elicits suggestions from students and T provides OCFB
