Teacher dictates the list of vocabulary as following: foggy, crime, suspect, victim, witness, blood spots, a dead body, testify, alibi, detective. After dictating the list of vocabulary, the teacher checks the list by writing it on the board and clarifies the meaning of each word as an open class activity.
Students work in groups to prepare a story by using the exact order and form of vocabulary given by the teacher. Teacher walks around and answers questions, if there are any.
Teacher takes notes while students share their stories and gives feedback by error correcting on the board, and also pointing out the good use of language.
