To provide fluency speaking practice in a daily conversation in the context of Shopping experiences

Develop reading and comprehension skills using a text about customer services and client treatement in the context of shopping and sale.
Procedure (32-44 minutes)
Expose the students for the Shopping context (lesson's funny quote is related to the lesson) Students need to predict themselves what the lesson will be about through the given pictures. a short discussion about who likes/dislikes shopping and why
Present the required words for the text (customer, sale-assistant etc.) A short activity to review common phrases regarding shopping
Students have to read initially the article's title and check out its picture; guess what is about and write their predictions in a piece of a paper, Secondly, students need to read the whole text silently, including questions then discuss their answers in the break-out rooms
The post reading stage will be a follow-up activity, in which students are required to discuss the article topic, discuss it in regard to their culture.
