By the end of the lesson students will have learnt and practice nouns and verbs relating to in the context of 'The Body'.
Subsidiary Aims

To practice speaking with the new vocabulary.
Procedure (34-45 minutes)
T-Ss: Greets Ss and shows Slide (1), asks what they see Ss-T: answer sense, the five senses.
T-Ss: show slide (2), explains the aim is to match the pictures to the name. S-S: Ss work in pairs in breakout rooms Ss-T-Ss: go over the answers and T corrects
T-Ss: shows slide (4) and elicits meaning Ss-T: say what the action is. Asks to repeat and checks pronunciation. T-Ss: goes through slides (5-14) and explains form and pronunciation. T-Ss: asks CCQ to see if all the words are clear. T-Ss: shows slide (15) with all the new vocabulary and asks to Ss to repeat.
T-Ss: shows slide (16) and explains Ss must fill in with the vocabulary learnt. S-S: Ss work in pairs T-Ss: shows answer key
T-Ss: shows slide (18), explain they must fill in with the verbs learnt. S-S: Ss work in pairs or in groups (depending on number of Ss) Ss-T-Ss: go over answers T-Ss: shows answer key
T-Ss:s shows slide (20) with all the vocabulary used throughout the lesson. T-Ss: explains we will create a story together using this vocabulary each Ss will make a sentence and then name another S to continue the story. T-Ss: today I woke up and smelt coffee....
