Copy of Simple Past Tense - Questions & Negatives
Beginner level

Description

In this lesson, Ss will learn about simple past questions through a text based plan. They will listen to a dialogue between two colleagues about their weekends. In the dialogue, they will listen for specific information. They will complete the question forms while listening. Then there will be finding the questions in the written dialogue. Afterwards, there will be the second part of the dialogue in which they will focus on the negative statements in simple past tense. They will have a handout, having model sentences form the dialogues, to answer questions on meaning and form. Then they will have a controlled practice and semi controlled practice.
