Copy of Unreal Conditionals Lesson
Upper Intermediate level

Description

In this lesson, students discover and/or remember unreal conditions through a listening track. They will be pre-taught some of the vocabulary they might need during the Close Up exercises. In the first one, they'll be working individually and checking their partners' answers in pairs. In the second and third Close Ups, they will be discovering the rules of conditionals by themselves, but I will be helping them out on new concepts such as clause, real/unreal conditions etc. Before the beginning of the fourth exercise, I will again give some vocabulary they might need to carry it out. Then I'll encourage them to work in groups to come to a consensus for the fourth and fifth exercises.
