Procedure (45-65 minutes)
T starts to talk about pollsters in the streets or in malls who are asking about people's routines and habits (eliciting the word "habit", forming the idea of a questionnaire)
T will explain how to fill the gaps in pairs and put Ss into groups, then use ICQs. After that T will give Ss 7 minutes to work in pairs. Students will be working with the ones on their left side. At the end of the 7 minutes T will ask them to check their answers with the Ss on their right side. Finally T will make a quick check and error correction with WC.
T will show Ss the folded HO and explains them how to form a questionnaire. After an example and ICQs T will give the HO to Ss and gives them 8 minutes. Ss will work in pairs and prepare 8 questions. T will monitor and error corrects Ss while they work in pairs. At the end of the 8 minutes T will ask Ss to stand up and poll at least 5 others with the questions they prepared and find out who has the same habits as they do. Then teacher will ask to Ss to become partners with these people. T will ask partners how many common points they have and ask for 1 example (feedback).
T will ask Ss to sit and discuss what are the routines of a baby's day with their partners they found from the previous activity. After ICQs, T will give 3 minutes and challenge them to find as many as they can. At the end of 3 minutes T will ask groups to write their sentences on the WB by taking turns for 3 minutes. Finally T will get FB and make error corrections.
T will set a charade game with verbs and put Ss into two groups. When a group finds the verb, they will need to make a proper sentence to get points also which will help to get FB and make error corrections.
