Procedure (37-57 minutes)
This is lead-in activity to active the class at the start of the session and engage ss attention in the topic of the lesson which is weather.first,the teacher will pair the students and provide them with a HO of different pictures which are related to the topic of the lesson and will personalize the topic as well so ss will get more engaged with mach the sentences to pictures . Words: tornado, a hurricane,typhoon,a flood,a landslide,a drought.
At this point, in order to better understand the words in the book, we write the synonyms of the words in the sentences that we have already predetermined, using their own understanding to relate the word -pictures to the sentences on the board..We write the right answers and then we check in with the students. Some students do not know the correct pronunciation of these words For accurate listening, listen to the correct pronunciation dictionary, then repeat it aloud.
In this section, we have a podcast in the book to better prepare our students for meaning of words. First, listen to the text and listen and repeat for better understanding. Students should guess that Which word related to which part,finally checking the correct answer.We hear the news again, we write a statement for each episode

To solve the second grammar exercise, students need to know the change of verb time and apply it to their sentences. For weaker students, again, we will give examples and explain the change in verb time and ask them to solve the exercise in this way. . Solve the text with the children and ask them why each sentence is changed so that those who are not fully understood in the class can learn again. In this final part of the lesson, students are given two minutes to read the text of the lesson. We ask them questions about world news and Iranian news, do a short conversation and ask friends' comments and then solve the exercise individually, check the answers together, and start a group activity. . Students should be divided into three or more groups and write the short story that recently happened using the grammar and vocabulary we learned today. Candidates first read the texts of each group and the best score is considered positive.
