Procedure (33-45 minutes)
Teacher will talk to Ss about what she likes to have for breakfast in her country using some pictures. Ss will talk about what they enjoy having for their breakfast.
Teacher will try to elicite some food related vocabulary by showing Ss few items that they might be seeing in their daily life. Ss discuss in pairs.
Ss will do an exercise, they have to match the food items to their picture. Ss work in pairs. Ss discuss their answers with each other. Ss check their answers. T monitors.
Teacher drills the words that Ss have trouble with.
Ss talk about the food items that they like, don't mind and hate.They also have to explain why. Ss work in pairs.
Ss will play a game with a set of cards. Two cards have the same words, if the student turns two cards and finds the same food items he will keep the card. The student with most cards wins.
