Procedure (37-49 minutes)
Show SS a short video for a teacher who mispronounces the word ‘Google’. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dPjk2XfqR9w Ask SS to find answers to three questions while they are watching the video. SS discuss the three questions in pairs. Whole class feedback Questions: Where is she? What is her job? What is the problem?

Model the answer for the first conversation. Play the recording, pausing after each conversation and allowing SS to speak.
