Procedure (21-38 minutes)
The students will be asked to say what kind of travelling they prefer more. train travel, bus travel of air travel and why? Talk to ur partner. Then they should say which kind of travel they prefer and why.
They will be shown 12 pictures for the target vocabulary and I want to check if they know some of them so maybe I can elicit some.( if I put them on group and ask them say their names as much as you can). I show them the pictures and ask them to repeat so there will be choral and individual drilling. then the vocabulary will be on the board with their phonetic symbols.
The students are going to do two exercises. first matching words with pictures and then a fill in blank exercise which is about air travel vocabulary. After that there will be game to check their concept of each vocabulary. They should be in 2 groups. the teacher tells each group to draw a vocabulary of air travel on a paper and the rest of group should guess, the more right guess will be the winner. in this game the students will be checked in their pronunciation and concept of every single vocabulary.
They will be asked to answer these questions in pairs: close your eyes and remember as many vocabulary as you can. When was the last time you went on air travel? where did you go? Did you like your air travel? if yes why? if no why not? All the students receive a paper in which these questions are in them they should discuss these questions with each other.
