For example, do you know that his parents on Sherlock are also his parents in real life? Now, let's learn more! This time not about him, but the world in general."
T asks Ss to stand up and read the questions on the wall. Ss read the questions and try to give answers in pairs in 2 minutes. T gives answers and wants Ss to match the answers to the questions in pairs 1 minute. T gives Ss the answer key to check their answers in 1 minute.
T gives Ss guided discovery sheet. To clarify the meaning and the form, T asks Ss to do the exercises in pairs in 2 minutes. Then, Ss compare their answer as groups in 1 minute. Giving the answer key, T wants Ss to check the answers in 1 minute. To clarify the pronunciation, T asks Ss to read the sentence aloud. Model and drill chorally and indiviually.
T gives Ss a handout for controlled practice and asks them to order the words to make questions individually in 3 minutes. Then, Ss compare their answers with their partners. T gives the answer key and asks Ss to check the answers in pairs in 1 minute.
T shows pictures of some celebrities. T asks Ss to choose one of them and write as many interesting questions as possible to ask in their interview. Ss have 4 minutes to prepare the questions. T monitors and helps when necessary. Ss role-play the interview in pairs in 3 minutes. The S pretending to be the celebrity is given a card on which some information about the celebrity is written in case he/she needs, but the S is free to answer however he/she wants. Then, Ss swap their roles and do the same in 3 minutes. T monitors and notes down the mistakes to give delayed FB. T writes some of the mistakes on the board and wants Ss to correct them in pairs. T wraps up if there is enough time left and finishes the lesson.
