Description
In this session, the students are about a simple yes/no question; he/she through a speaking activity about the people they know. The lesson starts with a discussion about people they know. Then there come some controlled practices through questions and short answers about the people they know.

Procedure (12-28 minutes)
Warmer/Lead-in (2-3 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students
I'm going to set the target language context using real-life context. I will ask a question in simple present form from the student who I know then I will elicit the answer from the student.
Exposure (5-15 minutes) • To provide context for the target language through a text or situation
I will provide the context for the target language through an activity about the people they know. Think about the person they know and write 5 short sentences about him/her. then the other student will produce the target language question form using the information which the student already provided.
Controlled Practice (5-10 minutes) • To concept check and prepare students for more meaningful practice
I'm going to concept check the students about the practice and prepare them for the controlled practice.
