Procedure (34-48 minutes)
T asks students "Do you watch TV? Do you watch movies? What kind of movies/TV series do you watch?" T writes down movie/TV series on the board and asks what comes to their minds. (brainstorming). T elicits answers and writes down some answers.
T says "Now, ... is my favorite movie and I wrote a review about it. What is a review?" T writes review on the board asks the meaning and elicits pronunciation. T continues "Now, please read the review and answer the questions here." T monitors. When they finish, T asks them do pair check. T elicits answers from the students.
T continues "Now please read again and find the answers in the paragraphs. Write the paragraphs number. You have 3 mins." T monitors. Students pair check before whole class feedback.
T says "Now please look at C. Complete the sentences with words in the text. You have 4 minutes." T monitors. Students pair check before checking all together
T says "Now, please think about your favorite movie/TV series. Write a review about your favorite movie." T shows the guideline and the layout of the writing on the board. (it's also on their handout.) T says "Please use phrases and sentences from useful language box." T monitors and helps if needed.
T says "Now please swap your papers and read each others' writings. Comment on the movie review and nicely correct the mistakes you see." T walks around and takes notes of the language errors. T writes them down on the board. T also writes down good use of language. T monitors and gives feedback.
