Procedure (48-60 minutes)
T draws technological devices on the board and asks what they are about and asks questions about technology. First of all T gives example about her technology usage. E.g. Do you have social media account? What do you use it for? Do you use laptop? What do you use it for?
T shows Ss Singular and Plural verbs to prepare them for reading activity. T wants Ss to scan the article and answer the questions in 2a. T wants ss to check in pairs.
T wants ss to read individually. Later, T asks ss to talk in pairs about the article and then asks questions to the classroom in order to understand whether they get the main ideas. T asks ss to complete the notes about article in exercises 3.
Ss will be trying to talk about exercises 4 in Past Simple Tense and T will have a chance to understand their grammar level in Past Simple. Later, T writes some verbs on the board and write that they should add "-ed" to make verbs past and also T should tell ss that there are also many irregular verbs. T gives handout from page 160 about irregular verb so that they can also work on it at home. T wants ss to have a look with their partners.
T wants ss to find the past forms of verbs in the article. Later, T wants them to listen together to check past forms. Ss complete the paragraphs with the past form of the verbs in exercises 2. T wants pair check.
T plays the record of 1.46 about the technology and answer the questions with expressions. T wants ss to check with their pairs.
T wants ss to think and talk about when they first did the things about technology and gives examples.
