Main Aims

To provide clarification of words related to the Internet in the context of Internet

Subsidiary Aims

To provide accuracy speaking practice in a coversation

Procedure (45-55 minutes)

Warmer/Lead-in (3-5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

ask student to write down as many phrases as they know about social network and internet

Exposure (6-8 minutes) • To provide a model of production expected in coming tasks through reading/listening

illustrate some photos and ask them to talk about them in pairs and use phrases that they have already written

Useful Language (8-10 minutes) • To highlight and clarify useful language for coming productive tasks

go through the vocabulary task about Internet and elicit the meaning and clarify them.

Productive Task(s) (18-20 minutes) • To provide an opportunity to practice target productive skills

they have already learned phrases about social networking and Internet.put them in pairs to talk about themselves and using new phrases.give them some activity and things about internet wether to decide if it it is man s or women s activity.

Feedback and Error Correction (10-12 minutes) • To provide feedback on students' production and use of language

ask student to write a short piece of writing about pros and cons of internet and the impact of it then share it with their partner
