To provide clarification of phrasal verbs with "live" in the context of various life situations.

To provide speaking fluency in a discussion of life situations as well as through a questionnaire.
Procedure (37-45 minutes)
Show picture of various life situations (life cycle from baby to old age, moving homes, getting married, losing your job, going off to university/graduating...) which will remind Ss of the various life experiences. Ask Ss: (chose one or two) * What do you see here? * Are they happy in all the pictures/stages? * What stages of life are there? When is the biggest change? Which is the happiest stage? * Are you happy in your lives?Is your life boring? Busy? Fun? (other ideas: * Imagine that your life so far divides up into a number of "stages" or "periods". How many are there? What name would you give to each stage? *What are the times when people's lives change in important ways (eg getting married)? * What do you think is the biggest change in a human's life: your first girlfriend/boyfriend? Losing your job? Getting married? Getting divorced? Having a baby? Retiring? Something else?) Q: Anyone following the TL over the weekend? What happened to TL over the weekend? We "lived through" a market crash: TL lost 20% of its value against major currencies over the weekend. But we are still here? So, it is about life. Let's see if you know any phrases with "life".
