Procedure (34-45 minutes)
To being with, there's a slide on the screen with two questions on it and ss need to read them and think about their answers share their ideas together and then tell the class what do they think.
Students will read Ex2a individually and will listen to three people talking about their favorite place to eat. They will listen once and after that, they will peer check and for feedback, the answers will be shown on the screen.
Some keywords mentioned in the audio will be reviewed with powerpoint which has the phonemic script. I will drill the words and after that, I will play the recording again for exercise 2b, Students need to listen and check the sentences they hear in the useful language box. then they will check the answers together and for feedback, the box will be shown on the screen.
Ex 1 a, I will give the students a piece of paper which has five items they should take note of. -The name of the place -Where is it -Why you like it -The atmosphere - What kind of food you get there Ex1b they will be given some time to prepare what they are going to say and then they will share their ideas with their partner. They should use the useful language box phrases. Ex2, The students will take turns talking about their favorite place to eat.
