Procedure (41-52 minutes)
Ss reflect back on the blogs they read in the previous lesson to find out the time used in the texts (Past, Present or Future) Ss discuss in pairs.
Ss work in small groups to do ex1 (without including was) Check with other groups Elicit answers W/C Ss work in small groups to find the infinitive of the verbs they found Elicit answers and ask Ss to right them on the board
Write down this sentence on the board 'we gave him a gold watch' elicit the meaning of the TL using CCQs and a timeline W/C Elicit the form of the sentence in the affirmative, negative and question highlight the form on the WB W/C Model and drill the pronunciation of some of the underlined verbs from ex 1 individually and W/C
