Procedure

Productive Task(s) (10-15 minutes) • To provide an opportunity to practice target (objects) productive skills

Task 1 Look around the class. In pairs, ask and answer. What is this/that? What are these/those? Task 2 Listen to 3 people say what things they have on the table or desk where they work. Are their tables tidy? Listen again and write the things they have. Talk to a partner about the table where you work or study. Say what things you have. Say if the table is tidy or not. E.g. I have a laptop and a picture. I have …. It isn’t tidy.

Productive Task(s) (20-25 minutes) • To provide an opportunity to practice target (Adjectives) productive skills

Task 1 Look at the pictures. Say 3-4 adjectives for each one. Ferrari is really fast and very expensive. Task 2 Advert. I want to sell my items on an internet website and need your help in describing them. Each group should produce some sentences to describe each object. Task 3 Read the description and look at the photos. Who are the two people? Johnny Depp – Penelope Cruz. Read them again. describe them to your partner. Task 4 Think of a famous person from any country in the world. Write a short description of the person. Give it to your partner. Can he / she guess who it is? Play Guess the famous person. A. Think of a famous actor/actress. B. Ask 10 questions using Is…? Try to guess the actor/actress. Is it a man or a woman? A woman. Is she American? Yes, she is.

Task 1 Walk around the class. Ask and answer the questions on the wall. Task 2 Write 3-4 sentences about yourself and 3-4 sentences about a good friend/family. Correct your partner's paper and summarize your partner's info to your new partner.
