If so, ask them what kind of risks they take and why. - Ask the others if they don't like taking risks and why. - Ask them about the people they know who take a lot of risks and if they have a lot of accidents as a result.
- Write "upbringing" "adolescence" "watching TV" and " being left-handed" on the board. - Check if they know their meanings and if they don't try to explain. - Ask the students if these things have a connection with accidents. - Check if they know what "clumsy" means. If not, explain. - After that, ask them to read the text quickly and check if they were right about their ideas. - Put them into pairs and let them discuss before the whole class feedback.
- Project the unfinished sentences on the board one by one and ask the students to complete the sentences . - Don't give the right answers yet. Put them in pairs and ask them to talk about what they remember from the article. - Make the students read it carefully to check their answers for the unfinished sentences.
