Procedure (34-44 minutes)
- T shows the personal picture - Ss describe the picture giving as much info as they can - T gets the Ss to do ex 6a
- T gives the Ss a couple of minutes to read the text on p. 112 - Ss then read the text and get the general idea - Then discuss the two questions in the material - T gives answer keys
- T draws a box on the board and draws another small box (that represents any item) in three different positions according to (in, on, by) - T writes three sentences on the board: 1- The box is ..... the box. 2- The box is .... the box. 3- The box is .... the box. - T elicits answers from Ss - T provides answer keys
-T hands out one picture to each pair/group - T asks the Ss to look at the questions in ex a p.112 - Then Ss take notes on the answers of the questions
- T provides adhesive material - T instructs Ss to hang the photos on the walls and windows - Ss check each other's descriptions and decide which is better - If time, Ss do peer-check, or T could do delayed correction
