Procedure (45-55 minutes)
Start the lesson by asking questions: "Do you like ice cream? "Do you know how it is made"? etc. Elicit the answers.Get studnets work in pairs
1) Give SS the list of vocabulary words, and show the pictures of the vocabulary words on the board; get SS match the words with pictures 2) CQ the vocabulary words
-Pass out "True/False" HO's for students to check their understanding. - Get them watch a short video about ice-cream making process. -Get SS check the answers in pairs -Put feedback on the board to check their answers.
This task "gap filling is given to check the grammar. - Pass out HO with exercise 3(fill in gap) . -have students work individually. - SS check their answer in small grouos. Give a feedback on white board using MFP(See Language analysis) -drill some answers
- Provide the cards with pictures different kinds of ice-creams - Divide the class into small groups/pairs and get them describe the process of making particular ice cream -Errror correction and demonstration of pronunciation(If SS have trouble with vocab)
