Procedure (41-47 minutes)
Teacher greets the students and wants them to work in pairs to ask eacher questions with Do you....? They will find three things they both do in their free times. They have 3 minutes, when they finish, teacher ask some pairs to share their activities in common.
First, teacher shows the pictures and vocabulary items on the board and the students, in pairs, match the words to the pictures to revise some vocabulary items that they will need in their practice. And then, teacher gives students bingo handouts and they play bingo. Teacher lets some students to pick the vocabulary items from a box and if the students have it they cross it out.
The teacher shows the questions in the pictures and she gives the vocabulary items 'this, these, that, those' to the students. They work in groups, look at the pictures and try to figure out the meaning of the vocabulary items in two minutes. Teacher sticks some visuals on the board showing the meaning of the vocabulary items and then wants the groups to stick the words under the correct picture. When they finish teacher gives some feedback and asks students to complete the vocabulary table all together on the board. To clarify the pronunciation, they listen to the questions and the teacher asks students randomly to pronounce the words.
They do the activity 4 in face to face starter student's book Unit 4C and the activity 2 in face to face starter work book Unit 4C. They complete the activities individualy and when they finish they check with their partner. They have 5 minutes to complete the sentences and check. Then the teacher gives feedback.
They write down 2 or 3 questions buy using how much is/are this/that/those/these and the vocabulary items that they have covered in presentation stage in 2 minutes. The teacher chooses one sales assistant and the other students asks their questions to the sales assistant. They do role-play. When they finish the teacher gives feedback on their language.
