Description

in this lesson students will learn new vocabulary & how to use them for changing their schedule that prepared before hand

Materials

Abc Computer and books

Main Aims

  • To provide clarification of changing a plan in the context of the idea that they could have done something but now they did change their mind

Subsidiary Aims

  • To provide clarification of changing a plan in the context of will learn new vocabulary about changing plan

Procedure

Warmer/Lead-in (3-5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

asking student to read the text & see if they are familiar with the new words or not

Pre-Reading/Listening (10-12 minutes) • To prepare students for the text and make it accessible

to provide some example related to the topic of changing a plan using different & new vocabulary asking students to think of a few new ones

While-Reading/Listening #1 (10-12 minutes) • To provide students with less challenging gist and specific information reading/listening tasks

if any of the students got any problem in understanding a new word try to clarify the meaning of the specific word in the context by giving some example

While-Reading/Listening #2 (14-16 minutes) • To provide students with more challenging detailed, deduction and inference reading/listening tasks

giving students a much more complected text that contains new vocabulary related to changing a plan & asking them to read it & see if there is some new words or not later than wanting them to give other example using that new words

Post-Reading/Listening (8-10 minutes) • To provide with an opportunity to respond to the text and expand on what they've learned

disturbing some questions related to the topic & asking students to answer try to get students to the work of using those words in different sentences
