Procedure (34-45 minutes)
Warmer/Lead-in (3-5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students
T greets ss. T asks for their homework. T checks if ss have any problem.
Test #1 (8-10 minutes) • To gauge students' prior knowledge of the target language
In order to gauge students' prior knowledge T asks them some questions about the previous lesson with asking them to write some sentences on the board.
Teach (15-20 minutes) • To clarify areas of the target language where students had difficulty in the first test stage
After test#1 T will start teaching the ss new grammar about have to and has to. T will make ss speak about their daily activities using have/has to.
Test #2 (8-10 minutes) • Check students' use of the target language again and compare with the first test
After teaching ss will be devided in groups and talk about the things they have to do. T will ask them to write down the things they say. Then attach them to the walls and stand and read their friends' writings.
