Main Aims

  • To provide process writing practice of an article in the context of advertisement of their own country,using the related grammar in the right place

Subsidiary Aims

  • To provide practice and review of language used for article in the context of advertisement

Procedure

Warmer/Lead-in (3-5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

in this part i am going to give them some questions about their own country in order to make them think of beautiful places in it

Exposure (8-10 minutes) • To provide a model of production expected in coming tasks through reading/listening

students are going to look at some pictures about Iran and try to choose some places that are thought to be the most attractive for tourists.

Useful Language (8-10 minutes) • To highlight and clarify useful language for coming productive tasks

some related sentences are given to them and they should match with them which will come in use in their writing.

Productive Task(s) (18-20 minutes) • To provide an opportunity to practice target productive skills

they will write their final draft individually while the teacher is there to answer their questions.

Feedback and Error Correction (8-10 minutes) • To provide feedback on students' production and use of language

we will stick the papers on the wall and students will check their classmate's writing.
