Procedure (30-44 minutes)
T will start the class with showing a short video to Ss and asks them a gist question and gets them to answer and check in pairs. T gives FB. T asks them if they have the same problems or not.
T sticks some pictures around the class. T Gives the students the words and wants them to find a picture for each word and write the number in front of the list they have. Then puts them in group or pair to check their answers. Then gives them answer key to check. Teacher drills the words.
T writes a gist question on the board and gets Ss to listen to 3 conversations about street problems. Ss answer in pairs and then T gives FB.
T will hand out the script of the recording. And then gives them guided discovery papers and tells them to complete it in pairs. T gives them answer keys. T will ask them to answer the second task. T gives them the answer key. T gives them time to do the last task. Then T gives them answer key. T drills the conversation and clarifies the stress and intonation for Ss.
T gives Ss some cards. Some cards are "Help cards" and some of them are "some problems". Ss who have help cards must help Ss who are in trouble. Ss will role play their conversations for WC.
