Procedure (19-30 minutes)
Write these questions on the board "can we live alone ?","How can we aviod to be alone?" Ss will answer these questions. Show Ss some pictures of some kinds of relationships in our life. Elicit more kinds of relationships from Ss. Ask Ss to Choose the most important relationship in his life and why it's important for him? Ask Ss to check in pairs. Get brief feedback from Ss.
Set Ex.1,P.20.Ss read the instructions. Ss report back what it was about in their own words. Ask Ss to check in peers. monitor And help Ss if they need. Get feedback from Ss.
Set Ex.2,P.20 Ask Ss to read the text and check their ideas . Ask Ss to answer this question alone . monitor and promote peer check. Check the answers with the WC.
Give Ss handouts and set the task. divide them into two groups and set challenge to provide excitement. Ss match the words with their meanings. The early finishers write the answers in the board.
