Procedure (44-62 minutes)
Flexi Sub-Stage T will Elicit the name of some famous people and write these names on the WB T will then ask how old these people are. WB the response. Essential Sub-Stage T will handout the HO one copy to the Ss and allow the Ss to T will say now Elicit Guesses for each actor age and then write the answers on the board
T will board these titles for the articles during the Pre-Reading Activity 1. Ageism turned me into a Liar 2. How you get worse with Age 3. Love can stand little lies T will FB and discuss which title the believe fits the article best. 3 minutes After the Ss will pair off and discuss why they think is a the best Title Reveal the the title at the end of the Stage
T will write on the board the phrases lie, liar, and Ageism. T will Elicit the phrases and if the students are unable to provide definition the T will post them on the board. T will provide the S with the WS and have the S work individual on Question 1. T will FB with by peer checking opnions on the topic. T will then will mingle and then share opions.
T will then provide the Ss with the T and F question. T will give the Ss an opportunity to read the question 2-3 minute. T will give the Ss will be allowed to read for 2-3 minutes.
T will have read question 3 on the worksheet T will Pair the Ss off and give them the opportunity to predict what will be in the conversation 4 Min. T will play the Audio twice and have Ss, PW to FB and see if it aligns with their predictions
Ss will be broken up using Apple, Banana, game... 2 minutes After being broken into groups they will be given the question in section 4 Ss will discuss the question with each other 6 minutes FB Nominating 2 minutes
