give the students a puzzle about time "You can’t save it,You can’t borrow it,You can’t lend it,You can’t leave it,You can’t take it,You can only do two things with it –use it or lose it.What is it?" and then try to elicit the word time from them and then provide feedback
provide them with few gist questions do you think that you use your time effectively? do you have enough time to do everything you want to do? why don't we have enough time to do what we want ? ask students to answer them and compare their answers with their partners then provide feedback
provide the students with 3 different written situations and ask them to read these situations and match each one of them to the correct saying(time idioms) ask the students to work in pairs to check their answers then provide feedback by asking them about their answers
ask the students to work in pairs and discuss the meaning of each saying(time expression) and how each saying can affect their life(work or study) and maybe think of sayings with the same meaning in their own language and then provide feedback by asking them to report their ideas back to me
provide the students with a questionnaire about time-keeping and ask them to read it in order to answer the questions and then ask them to work in pairs to compare their answers provide feedback on their answers and ask each student to read the meaning of his score aloud
tell the students about an activity that i think is a waste of time to demonstrate the exercise (shopping or playing video games) give students time to think about activities that they think are waste of time and write down their ideas and then work in pairs to discuss their ideas and then provide feedback by asking students to report their ideas back to me
ask students to work in pairs and discuss their daily activities that can be a waste of time and how they can overcome these activities or how to improve their use of time and what benefits can they get out of organising their time and then provide feedback
