To provide practice and clarification of things we find in a supermarket in the context of shop and shoppers
Subsidiary Aims

Ss will be practicing some interactive speaking and discussing what they always buy every time they go to a supermarket, and also Ss will be listening twice, both for specific, first time, they will filling the gaps, and second one, to tell what they notice about the pronunciation of "OF" in the context of shop and shoppers,
Procedure (32-45 minutes)
I will be introducing the topic using some questions such as the following : when you travel, where do you keep your cloths ? when you buy some eggs where do they keep the eggs ? when you a want to buy some tissues , how do you get them, in your hand or inside a (they will a box ) then we will play "the last man standing " game using invisible ball, Ss will be throwing the ball to each other and whoever catches the ball should say something we can find in a supermarket , they must use a container of something.
I will be projecting the picture in p 87 and i will handout the Ss ex1 ,they're gonna have to fill the gaps using the picture, after they finish, i will have them check their answers in groups, if they dont know any vocabulary ,I will let them write them on the board, then i will ask the Ss if they can explain them
Ss will be discussing the following questions in groups : think of two more items that can go in each of the containers in the previous exercise ! what can you tell about this family from the items in their shopping basket? work in pairs and discuss, which five items are always in your shopping basket ! i will be sitting around the Ss to do some error correction if needed then i will take one idea from each group
Ss will listen to a dialogue, they will be listening for specific information and filling the gaps, after they finish i'll have them peer check and i will give them the answer keys when they are done!
students will be listening to the same dialogue again, and i will ask them to listen carefully to the "of" and tell me what difference they notice about it. i will do some drilling i will write "of" in Phonetic form [ɒv] on the board and have the Ss repeat after me
Ss will look at a picture from p134 for about a minutes and they will try to remember what they saw in the picture . Ss will work in pairs and say as many object from the picture in page 134. then i will take the whole class FB if I have some time left ,we can play a hangman game.
