Main Aims

Spelling Test to revise student's knowledge - Units 1 - 3

Subsidiary Aims

To provide clarification and review of vocabulary from an AFP newspaper article detailing the National Economic Meeting held in Khartoum 23.11.13, in the context of national and international finance.

Procedure (35 minutes)

Spelling Test (15 minutes) • Testing student's knowledge of spelling and meaning of terms used in Units 1 - 3.

Language Analysis (20 minutes) • To clarify the meaning, form and pronunciation of the task language

AFP newspaper article detailing National Economic Forum meeting held in Sudan 23 & 24.11.13 from an article, using vocabulary, phrases and terminology used in finance - each student to read a paragraph - class to discuss and clarify meanings.
