Procedure (16-30 minutes)
Ask students to work in pairs to match the begining with the ending. Check answers with the class. Students then take turns asking and answering the questions. Encourage Students to make notes of their answers so that they can compare them. Ask students to compare their answerswith those of another pair
Focus the students' attention on the question form in the margins. Elicit which the tenses these questions are in (present simple, present perfect, past continuous, past simple).
Ask the students to look at the table and focus their attention on the example Get the students to read out the completed questionsa) and b) Make sure that the students know why these questions belong in the present simple column of the table
Ask the students to work individually to answer the questions and classify the tenses of the remainimg questions from Exercise 1. Go around ,monitor the students and give them some help. Check the answers with the class and ask them which two tenses are not included in the questions.
Read the examples a and g from exercise 1 and highlight the position of the preposition. Ask the students invidually to rewrite the remaining questions in the right order. Go around and Monitor the students for help. Check answers with the whole class. Ask the stedents to work in pairs to ask and answer the questions.
Do the exercise with the students. Elicit the difference beteen" Who" as a subject and "Who" as an object.
Go through the example and elicit that "Who" ius the subject of the question. Ask the students to write the questions individuallyusingg "Who" as a subject. Check answers with the students. Put the students in pairs to ask and answer the question.
